• I understand first-time GenGold® members receive a one-time 90-day free trial offer, while returning GenGold® members receive a 30-day GenGold® free trial offer. I understand that I will be covered by Identity Theft and Security Center Program featuring Restoration Rescue®, 10 days from the date of enrollment. and I will receive all of the membership benefits included with the program.
• After my free trial (90-days as a new member, and 30-days as a returning member), a low monthly fee of $4.95, will be debited from my provided Norway Savings Bank checking account. (A discounted, non-refundable, annual fee option of $49.95 is also available upon request. Please call Norway Savings Bank at 888-725-2207 for assistance). I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time in person, by phone, or via website Chat. I also understand if my checking account is closed and my GenGold® membership is not transferred to another account, my GenGold® membership will be cancelled. Transferring a GenGold membership to a new Norway Savings Bank checking account does not qualify for an additional 30 or 90-Day GenGold® free trial offer.
• I hereby accept this financial institution’s offer to participate in the benefits program offered by GenGold®, and to receive specified discounts on various services. I agree to pay the monthly or annual fees in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and benefits package I have received. I understand that Norway Savings Bank has selected GenGold®, a fully independent third-party benefits provider, to provide travel and other discounted services on an exclusive basis directly to GenGold® members. I understand Norway Savings Bank assumes no liability for any of the providers in fulfilling their services. All liabilities, claims, damages and demands are the sole and direct responsibility of GenGold® and its independent benefits providers. I hereby authorize this financial institution to release any information deemed necessary for participation in the GenGold® program. I understand that the benefits and services are provided by GenGold®, a fully independent benefits provider.
